- Cremalax Tablet is a laxative that treats constipation by drawing water into the bowels thereby making stools softer and easier to pass. This medicine may take 6 to 12 hours to start working, therefore it is best to take it at bedtime. Take it as instructed even if it seems that it is not working as expected. Description
Cremalax tablet contains sodium picosulfate as its active medicine. It is a long-acting laxative that is used for the treatment of constipation. This medicine should not be taken very frequently. It is suitable for occasional use for the relief of constipation when other medicines and dietary remedies fail to work. Cremalax tablet does not help in weight loss programmes. Its regular use may cause serious health problems and electrolyte imbalances.
